Expert Witness and Incident Investigations
LET US HELP DEFEND YOUR COMPANY!
3C Safety Solutions offers many standard or job specific classes in person, online or a mixture of the two. 3C Safety Solutions can assist your company in staying current with the training that is not only required by OSHA but also one of your company’s best defenses against liability exposure.
Has your company recently experienced an incident? Be prepared for it to go on for the long haul. Most cases can be won or lost within the initial investigations and with the expert witnesses. We have highly trained and knowledgeable personnel that all have field experience in performing the root cause investigations. We can take the call day or night and send a single trained expert or a team to your site to start the investigation immediately while coaching you on what to do until we arrive at the site. The investigation will be followed up with an expert witness letter as to our findings so that you and your legal team are prepared.
Our experts are also very knowledgeable with the legal process and can be a part of it all the way up to and including going into the court room to defend your interest.
SERVICES
3C Safety Solutions is able to provide many services when it comes to safety.
OUR MISSION
All of the 3C Safety representatives take safety to the heart. We understand that as safety professionals, we have two main goals.
- To protect the worker: The old saying, we want the worker to go home the same way they came to work is so true. We want to make sure that they understand how important safety is to ensure that they not only get the job done but that they do it in a safe manner. When they learn and understand this, they are able to enjoy life away from work while helping accomplish the second goal.
- Minimize or eliminate the companies liability exposure:Anytime a company has a safety incident, it can cost them vastly. Not only will they have direct costs such as doctor bills and lost time on the job, but they will have many underlying costs as well. Increase of insurance premium, training new employees for the position, loss of bid opportunities, investigation costs, and many more.
